It's clearly not better :-)  

You've been infected again.  Try Adaware, BHOcop, or whatever
else people here might suggest.

It's not.  A quick view-source on the index page you offered
would show the absence of any Javascript code which proves
it's not us.

Are you service-packed-up properly?  This is the second
time in a month, and IE *really* needs bringing up to date
if a person isn't going to be condemned to playing cat and
mouse with these things repeatedly.
