General Pervez Musharraf's policy to appease the ultra-right wing Mulla 
Lobby may soon result in a countrywide strike by all Internet providers in 
Pakistan, causing a total Internet shut down for at least 36 or even 48 hours.

Under the General's orders, his IT officials have banned all pornographic 
sites without providing adequate protection against hackers who are 
retaliating. Massive attacks by hackers using special software have been 
experienced. They send millions of requests (Packets) to the host networks 
which results in a complete choking of their systems which eventually crash.


This is sad...
