I'm planning a "Long-Expected Party" for the day after
Thanksgiving[1], 2004, at which we'll play the EV of 
all three. Maybe by then I'll have a largish tv and a 
home theater sound system. I can see it now, in the
middle of ROTK:

"No I WON'T pause, you should have pee'd before we 
left Bag End!"

[1] USA holiday commemorating the Pilgrims and all 
that. It's a 4-day weekend (Thur-Sun) with a big 
turkey-eating feast on Thursday. Normal people 
participate in "the busiest shopping day of the year."
I never go shopping on that day, and in 2004 we're 
going to watch LOTR, dag nab it!

[ok, I had to go check. It's the one where they get 
caught in an ion storm and retreat to the catwalk for
safety. woo hoo. I did like the one where Trip and 
Malcolm get stuck in a shuttle and are sure to die and
they get drunk. That one was well done and was solely
responsible for me watching the next several
episodes.]
