I just remembered a few more:
1) Paneer tikka -- grilled cottage cheese, with lime & spices served in 
small 
cubes with toothpicks thru them.
2) Mushroom tikka - similar to the above but with mushrooms.
3) Egg tikka  - this is a particularly hideous bar snacked served in many 
indian 
military junior commissioned officer's mess:
 Sliced (salted) boiled egg served with tooth-picks through them....(goes 
well
with "dynamite" rum -- 35 Rs/1 litre bottle )
