You might also like to add The Hothouse Flowers to that - they've got a 
really good version of The Lakes of Pontchartrain on Bringing it all 
back Home. But also, Deanta have done a lovely version, and there's 
(iirc) a Sharon Shannon version too. She's also been involved in a 
version of Man of Constant Sorrow (closer to the Dylan version than to 
the one on O Brother Where Art Thou)
