So an American, an Irishman, and a Scot walk into a bar...

Genghis and I are off to Kilkenny, Ireland to host an ex-pat
Thanksgiving dinner, and William Anderson is coming to add more to the
merry. Turkey, competing trans-Atlantic notions of stuffing, pumpkin pie
and something less vile for the non-Americans, etc.

Should be fun. I like to cook for a crowd!
