I have no idea why I did it, but I bought a pot roast today. I'm not sure how I feel about that. So, what should I do with this beast? I have onions, celery and potatoes. Do I just throw everything in all at once and cook it at about 300 degrees all day? As I cook for one, I got the smallest one they had: 2 lbs.
