[thechat] Building Design Software

Dear all

Has anyone got any recommendations for software that one can design
buildings with? It's not required to be a professional architecture
design tool, must allow 3D modelling and the ability to add textures,
and be reasonably easy to use. There's a lot of stuff out there, but I
was looking for something that someone can personally recommend - just
for fun, really.
