Once you add spaces after the exclamation marks, babelfish translates 
it as:
LÚCIA YOU ARE BEST! YOU TAKE PORTUGAL To ALL The BORDERS! WE ALREADY 
SAW IN THE FESTIVAL OF THE SONG! A KISS GANDE PARÁ YOU!
