I think the support can maybe be measured by the number of Cosponsors 
listed  - None.

1. I don't think we have money for a military/national service so large.
2. we don't need it.
3. we have a very good military precisely because it is a professional 
military (just my opinion).

I doubt it'll get past committee.

What's odd is that he's a Dem.
