$7/US Gallon is ~$1.90/litre, which is as near to £1 as makes little difference.

Petrol prices in the UK are currently around £0.80, and imo long term only going to go up.

Add the (massively) reduced company car tax and consider that if were buying A N Other
car, it'd prolly be an Audi A4, and I think I'm not far off.

(Oh, also, all the nice - yet essential - toys that come as standard on the Prius are
optional extras everywhere else)
