It's beautiful. Just around the corner from the Dixie Dude Ranch (which 
some of our Scottish friends know well...), a mere 5,300 acres of prime 
ranch land in the Texas hill country.

Bandera is a cool area. Close enough to San Antonio so that you can do 
stuff, far enough away that you don't have to deal with the noise of 
the city.

I'd love to have a big chunk of land out there - 50 or 100 acres would 
suffice. Some day... some day....
