Matt, I can't find any indication that electronics are not allowed on
domestic flights. UK flights, especially LHR, are limited to a clear
plastic carryon, but the only new restrictions I can find domestically are
no liquids or gels.

What time is your flight?  An early flight will be less likely to be
backed up than a later one...
