I've been to see this, it's amazing (in a morbid kind of way). The only 
thing I thought they should have is an exhibit you can touch, but I went a 
few years ago so maybe they have remedied that. The thing to remember is, 
all the bodies are donated willingly for the purpose of exhibition. There is 
a similar show called, I think, Bodies which came to London recently but all 
the exhibits (so I have been told) are made from the bodies of executed 
Chinese prisoners.
