Kevin, looked over this, and I think you should add a little more
information before sending an email out to thelist (I would ping
theforum before doing so, although with how few emails get sent on
thelist, I can't see them having a problem with it):

* Is the position on-site? It sort of sounds like it, but I can't tell.
* You say what skills you want, but you don't describe the position.
What is a "content builder"? What would the person actually be doing?
* How many hours/week will this position demand?

Just a couple suggestions...
