Looked at a house this week. (Yes, we are STILL shopping.  It's quite depressing.) 

This place had what must have been a $10,000 'professional' fridge.

But the house is a foreclosure. And the idiot bankers turned off the mains to save $$.  So the fridge has been sitting in the heat with doors closed and no power.  

;-(   

What a waste!

I don't want to even imagine the smell!
