i should clarify for non-admins if it isn't obvious:

BoD = board of directors (the official positions of a potential evolt.org
not-for-profit organisation (making it official allows us to receive
official donations, deal with money, etc)).

thesite = the group handling implementation of various projects. some of you
will already be participating on this list.

theprocess = a fresh group set up to work on improving various processes.
currently admins only, but hopefully it will be opened to anyone interested
in these issues.
