i think you're missing a key piece of what i wrote -- "in the html
surrounding your body copy".  i guess i assumed that if you were working on
it in an editor you'd start with a default template which would have <html>,
<head>, and <body> tags already inserted and would just paste the article
html in the <body></body> block.
