But that's because there's a mass of text at the top of messages. Nothing

Whoa! That's a lot of text. If you put anything about the survey in there, 
it will hardly get noticed.

But...

Something interesting happens when you put a URL in an X-Header. Email 
clients like Eudora automatically turn it into a hyperlink, and that makes 
it blue and underlined, which stands out really nicely.

So if we throw away a few superfluous headers and change the X-evolt header 
slightly, we get this:
