it's not used commonly here.  someone else wanna give isaac an idea of what
it means exactly?

+1.  the only difference is one is friendly and the other is standoffish.
i, for one, would feel much more comfortable about posting my
accomplishments for inclusion if the friendlier approach was taken because
then if it's not used i don't automatically assume it's not used cause it
was considered crap.
