no offense, but this is easiest if you just cast a vote and leave the
additional info out of it.  there's been plenty of time to debate the merits
of various approaches.  now is not the time.

it will be on the user/member page but with more detail given, some of which
will only be viewable by that user and/or admin.  something that only admin
might see would be things like how many times a user has had their comments
grrr'ed.

italicized text is difficult to read, especially if it's very small at all.
for that reason alone we should avoid styling blocks of text as italic.
