This drives me a little crazy. "There's been lots of time." Well, yes
that is true. And, I'm sure many points have been discussed and debated
and whatnot. So what? My opinion is still the same. There is a draft on
the table which becomes final if everyone votes yes. My little votes are
for nay. Tabulate away.
