no. normal etiquette includes not being idle. it's common for ops to kick
people who idle for 2+ hours. if they have auto-rejoin, the only thing an
op can do is kick+ban someone.

But this is about being idle... not being on for long periods of
time. I think it's great that he's in there a lot. Don't you?
