it uses client-side script... which means at home, i wouldn't benefit
from it at all...
now, if that client-side script sits on top of a traditional method
(http://evolt.org/article/forums/22/253/) by, say, capturing a form
submission or a click and preventing it, then sure...
IOW...
click the link... if JS enabled, it stops the link and fires the client-
side script... if JS not enabled, the link does what it does and loads
a new CSS file (or whatever)...
dig?
that way it benefits those who have scripting enabled, but doesn't
penalize those who don't...
