what kind of percentage *over* whats pre-ordered should we look at buying? if only 50 people pre-order calendars, i would imagine that the majority of people would order when they're ready. would 500 be good to order initially? if they're wildly successfull, we can always print more. anyone else got ideas for fundraising in the next 9 months?
