Hi Jeff

That's a slightly different question - I think it's important that
the bill *goes to* evolt.org at the place where the evolt.org
chequebook lives, which really should be the address of
the person with the money executive hat on.

Now that will probably end up being the person the finance
group nominates, but I'd be puzzled if that person didn't
wear the treasurer hat.

Now who provides the funds for evolt.org to pay that bill,
that's where "I'll pay it" lives.
