yah - it could even be made fully manageable, so that the user could just
drop into a passwd protected page and change their forwarding address there,
as opposed to having to go into the shell and edit the appropriate file
(depending on sendmail/exim/qmail usage ;)
this does of course still attract a bandwidth cost - doubly so since the
mail has to arrive (inbound) and be resent (outbound) ...
