Never said it was - working out what we need before we make any
decisions is neither waiting around, nor anything but basic sense.

If anyone was saying "we have lots of time, let's leave it until after
the summer", I'd be the first to call them crazy (assuming I can type
faster than a bunch of other people).

Thinking is still doing - measure twice, cut once and all that.

Again, understood, and appreciated.

This is a balance thing - doing what we need to do as quickly as we can
with the right amount of thought, rather than rushing into something
without checking it out first.
