Free form like meo. But maybe with sets of templates for photo galleries,
blogs, etc that help people get moving quickly. Part of the emphasis would
remain on learning. A new part with emphasis on socialising would emerge.

The evolters.org frontdoor would become a central point of finding new
people/blogs/photos/etc.
