Should we set a minimum donation amount to be eligible? If someone donates
$0.50, is he/she eligible too?

Nick says "several copies". I wonder how many that is. 6 perhaps? 6 is a
nice... "half the year" number.

I'd be happy to type out the announcement to thelist once we're cool with it.
