He's obliquely and politely asking how long we have to put up with a closed
system as weo.  This is nothing personal, this is just frustration talking.
We see cool things embedded into systems such as Plone, Movable Type,
evolving forms of RSS, etc, but we have zero access to attempt to make any
enhancements or changes to the weo cms.  If we want changes made, sure, we
can route the changes through you, but then we are at the mercy of your work
schedule, which you admit yourself is tight.

The criticality of any one given person is moot - we really need to have
massively increased exposure to the inner guts of weo, even just from a
many-eyes perspective.  If this means sticking with or migrating from the
win2k/mssql/cfm platform, so be it, but i'm sure a full scope and design as
part of the buildup to the codevolt will help us assist in ensuring we can
*all* use the right tools for the job.
