Actually, I quite like it a bit undefined and subjective - 
"does it feel like evolt..?" kind of openness, which as entrants
are prolly evolters, may and possibly should vary from person to
person.

That said, branding considerations are:
1) Don't mess with the logo - not that we have original source files for it anyway
2) Some kind of black top bar to echo where we've been for over half a decade.
3) Unless you're proposing something *else* to mark out the different sites, weo has
a blue accent colour. Precise blue is prolly up for grabs.
