There is someone currently active on l.e.o. who I recently worked under 
at a local web agency,a talented front end developer who is also a 
champion of Drupal.  Though I haven't known him terribly long, I have 
regular contact w/ him and think he's a trustworthy person.  He may be 
too busy... or he might have time to help with theming.   And there may 
be others who can help out in other ways.
