Ah. The difference is, the ones that are lacking the line-height and line
break at the beginning are missing the <p> tag.
As i don't think i have edit privs on weo, i suggest you try changing that
(adding <p> around the summary) and see if that solves this irritation :)

This then is a reminder for the members of content ... to remember the <p>
tag and free Erika from frustration ;)
