No, the plan was to move Drupal 4.6 to tron and mount w.e.o on it.
When the Drupal 6 theme was ready to go, w.e.o would be migrated to
Drupal 6.

d.e.o contains a message saying that it is closed.  The database is
still there though.

t.e.o runs Drupal 5.11
t.w.e.o runs Drupal 6.8

The two exist because I suspected that t.e.o (Drupal 5.11) had
modifications that needed to be moved to Drupal 6.8 and so both sites
need to be available.  Is that not the case?
