As per my last, I'm coming round to the same conclusion. In not
exactly real-time order: dump evolters.org, let css-d know what's
happening, snag an ec2 m1.small or t1.micro (or similar - need to
check our outgoing mail volume as AWS don't like tons of mail being
emitted without letting them know first), dev up a nice modern front
page, gather material/content for retrospective, move weo archive,
leo, css-d, et al over to wherever and dump tron.

Note that I can host beo on a kimsufi ubuntu box in montreal to keep
storage usage / egress traffic burden down on the ec2 (or whatever).

Anyone want to say or propose anything different? I'm genuinely
surprised at the lack of additional responses.

So, Le Plan Deux?

1) Now: Ensure our finances are on a stable footing for now. - DONE
2) June: Hack out ideas for EVOLT15, including who's collecting
comments/writeups/reminiscings from evolters past/present.
3) July: Static archive weo and migrate existing theplanet infra to
AWS for cost effectiveness
4) August-November: Implement ideas hacked out in June/July, including
reminiscings
5) ???
6) December: Profit. With Stuff, Stuff and Stuff.

Some key queries I'd love to see answered.

http://twitter.com/evolt_org - who has the keys?
http://github.com/evolt - who has the keys?
http://archive.org/details/evolt_browser_archive - when did this happen? :)

Qa'pla!
