FWIW I tried drilling back through each directory and got a 404 on all
except the domain root.  Other links from the home page worked, just not to
/topics.  Could it just be a dissipation/dissemination/whatever-it's-called
thing... you know, where the URL hasn't got round to all the look-up servers
yet?
