[thesite] need a set of eyes

I have Navigator 4.08 on a Mac, but not on PC, so I need somebody with it on
PC to do me a flavor.

Using NN 4.08 (Mac) on test.evolt.org, the black navbar and the content
table are separated by a space and offset from each other UNTIL you log in.
When you log in, they connect and line up. This doesn't happen in
Communicator or IE. 

Can somebody with NN 4.08 on Windows (and I guess any other platforms
available) check that and let me know if it's doing the same thing? Thanks
