(yeah, the author just didn't see the "edit" link).

I don't see the link any more to delete a comment, so tried
grr. This didn't take me to the old (Jan) 'grr' form where members
could complain about and explain an issue with a comment. So
the number of 'grrs' didn't update, and an email didn't get sent
out to notify admin.
