I'm moving the new user interface into production for admin.evolt.org 
that David McC and i have been working on over the past month..

there will be a period of(short) bug-testing, one last time.. also, i'm 
going to need some people to whip through the HTML and clean up any 
small problems/missalligned tables/whatever i missed, which might be a 
nice time for some of you new folks to pipe up :)
