works for me provided there's some server-side checking involved as well.
i'd probably have a hidden field for faq_confirm.  if it wasn't changed with
js, then i'd bring the user back to the submission page with the hidden
field changed to a checkbox with the message you cite above.  the user would
need to check the checkbox to submit to the faq category.

yes, we could do that as well.
