i don't really have any other concerns, unfortunately i was not able to
lend a hand to the testing, which i assume went well...

speaking unofficially, i'd say you should have the buyin you need to move
to production...  if it isn't already there...

is there an intro tutorial or something for us mere mortals who haven't
looked at it yet but who will be using this app to answer site contacts?
