this is mostly for those of you that have or are planning on downloading 
the CMS sourcecode..

as of this new feature rollout, i'm going to maintain a seperate branch 
for distribution on the sourceforge site. this last release alters the 
way a small but important funtion that handles the 'contact us' email is 
handled.

it used to be shipped off to a lone email address, and I'll keep an up 
todate branch of the code that does this on sourceforge.

the new code that i installed for email inserts it into the DB(like 
usual) but provides a web based interface to track and respond to the 
email through admin.evolt.org - which is an in-progress application to 
handle job tracking and that sort of thing for evolt. that being an 
entirely seperate application, it isn't being distributed with the evolt 
CMS, nor do i want it to at this point :)

again, this only applies to maybe 5 of you here(lurkers! :), but just 
wanna make sure no one is in the dark here :)
