i'm really pissed off about the change you made.  it doesn't f*cking matter
if there are other tables that use the number 2 for their pk.  furthermore,
it's stupid that we're even using the same sequence number for all tables.
i made requests in the past to try to keep the categoryid as low as
possible -- requests that went unanswered.  so now, i add it myself this
time in the hopes that it'd finally be done right and then you go and change
it.  what's the point of even bothering?

fwiw, i made it 2 for several reasons, reasons you may or may not be aware
of.  besides, don't you think it was nice to have the categoryid for news
and community news right next to each other?
