[thesite] whoops, sidebar queries

Checking the sidebar queries, it looks like an article can show up
there whether it's approved, denied, reset, etc. Shouldn't we add a
where condition that only allowed for approved articles?

Note that I found this by denying my test articles and realizing that
the sidebar still listed the same articles.
