I meant to say that I would take this task if no one else already has
it, since I have been pondering doing this anyway for the *eo sites,
now that they're all on the same network.

Rudy/jeff/etc, do you think it would be a bad thing to have a user in
the database for each default site scheme? If so, what do you propose
we handle default schemes? Surely not hard-coded or redirecting to a
weodefault.css file, I hope.
