That's a problem with thelist parsing script.  It arbitrarily grabs a
userid associated with the e-mail address.  .jeff and .jeffrey are
both registered with jeff%40members.evolt.org.  The script looks like
it's taking the latest registration.

I can write a script to fix that up.  I'll take the one with the
latest last login.
