i don't think anybody is advocating allowing "anything and everything".  all
we're saying is that with alittle planning, we can permit what's already in
use in various stylesheets.

we'd still have to give them credit because the stylesheets would still be a
work derived from copyright work.  that's part of why we can't just go
changing the stylesheets.  it's the author's copyright material, not ours.
