oracle doesn't have a built-in random number generator so i had to have the
stored procedure added.  keeping in mind that it must be queried like the
above (doesn't need the * 100000000 bit though), do you have any suggestions
for how i can query it once for each row thereby giving each row a randomly
generated number?
