| so, we'd add new classes? or do it inline? again, i resist CSS
| bloat, especially now that michele has made a bunch of changes...

Not a worry here .. I've only updated the two files so far .. if we need to
add something else, I can add it.

hmmm.. ok .. was hoping we could add something inline .. but, past
experience tells me the same thing .. so, our options are limited .. unless
we decide we don't care if its really whacked in NS4.7x versions. We could
always insert a full line space (two <br>'s)??

I'm not sure I asked about the underlines .. not for the current version of
the author information (bio/articles). I was talking about something else
(I think).

The current version, which uses the .side colour and .sidebar link
attributes doesn't have underline except for hover and active states .. the
two CSS files that I've done so far anyway (isaac and oldschoolevolt). Now
I notice that the [more articles by xxxx] link needs to have the .sidebar
class added to it .. just got missed.

This actually brings up a question, that I'm not sure will need to be
answered or not, since I haven't gone through all the CSS files .. but is
there a *rule* that I should be following with respect to underline or no
underline for the links? Specifically the sidebar ... or if there's a
*rule* for all links, that I should know about? I haven't looked that
closely at all the other files to know if this was changed in any of them.
In fact, I don't think they are the same for some of the link classes
between the two css files that are done. (see
http://members.evolt.org/Mishka/newstyles/index.html)

Anyway, back to the author info box .. the CSS default file, isaac.css,
currently on teo is a bit out of date. Looking at it in IE5.5 the only
"main" difference would be that we added a full border around both pieces of
author info .. instead of just a side border on the left.

Did you see the samples I did on the weekend? I gather from reading the
posts that some don't like the implementation, as it exists now. Any ideas,
suggestions on how to improve that? What don't you like? What do you like?
What needs changing?

Thanks,

Michele
